The home's registered Manager and Deputy Manager hold a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years' experience in the care sector. We inspire and support the staff to develop their skills with an open and transparent approach.
Our staff have a genuine care for residents' needs and comfort, complimented by high levels of training and experience.
At Lavender Court we take pride in the fact that we keep a clean, comfortable and up to date living environment. We continually review our building and grounds to be the highest standards.
We believe that social and leisure aspects of life are integral parts of care. We enable maximum independence where possible and, most importantly, help people to have some fun!
The home has achieved a Silver award in Nutrition Mission. We understand the importance of a balanced, nutritional diet, but also of making mealtimes a sociable and enjoyable occasion. Residents who have special dietary requirements are catered for, with menus tailored with consideration to not only nutrition, but also taste. The home has been awarded a 5 in scores on the doors from environmental health.
